This mid-century 1960's home is located in Denver CO near the 6th Ave Parkway.

The interior and exterior landscaping remodel by von k designs included both interior and exterior modifications. Interior work included space planning, lighting design, and finish and fixture specification as well as final furniture layout and staging. Exterior landscaping included the addition of architectural screens, fence and gate designs, exterior lighting, numbers, and mailbox installation, as well as patio concrete pad design with Mexican pebble stone.

All of the final design selections required congruence with the homes original historic story, existing building materials and color palette while bringing a new, fresh and architectural edge to the home.
