Project Summary:

This studio project involved a detailed programming study of an existing Industrial historic structure in Loveland in order to  repurpose the structure into several new functions. These functions included retail spaces and artist studios for the local community.

The design drivers for this project focused on Preservation, sustainability as well as merging a new style with historic building elements and materiality, as well as facilitating new functionality were highly important factors for consdieration during the re-design process.  A final drawing set proposed renovation and were presented/ offered to the community at the end of this architecture studio.
