In collaboration with builder and architect, von k design studios llc designed the interior finish package and exterior finish selections for this newly constructed Mayfair Denver residence. The selections chosen for the home merged a classic modern style with modern conveniences alongside urban trend forward selections. Juxtaposed shapes and patterns are achieved through a careful marriage of round and rectilinear forms, shapes and patterns. The palette focuses on gray tones and contrasts achieved by the use of darker cabinets with lighter flooring and walls. Porcelain tile features striated textures and subway patterns. Some main features include a farmhouse sink, a Carrara marble island and modern orbit pendant lighting.
