This project centers on the design of a transit oriented development in the River North Art District of Denver, CO.  The site spans a major rail line which passes through the middle of the site and cuts off connections to adjacent neighborhoods and the South Platte River.  We embraced this challenge as an opportunity to celebrate the history and culture of the neighborhood.
